Set a Destination
A Destination is your clearly defined goal—your final state. Examples:

Define the Protocol
Your Protocol is the structured routine that keeps you on track. For example, if your Destination is Run a sub-50 10K, your Protocol might be:
You can set up to 3 Protocol items per Destination. Items can be updated as needed. Your Sincerity Score is based on how consistently you check off these tasks.
Sincerity Score
Your Sincerity Score is calculated based on task completion within each Protocol. A historical log of your score is available, and AI analyzes your progress to generate daily, weekly & monthly reports with personalized suggestions to help maintain momentum.

Arrival
